    WHAT IS THE COST FOR SEED or TEA FAVORS? top

    Personalized Seed Favors or Personalized Tea Favors using any one of our standard designs is just $2.00 each.  We request a minimum of 12 Favors per order. There is a separate set up fee of @25.00

    Seed Packet Favors or Tea Favors using your own logo or design have a one time set up fee starting at $25.00 (for a basic vignette; a small design, with white background, front of Seed or Tea packet only). Any custom alterations to the back of Seed or Tea Packets will result in a separate additional custom fee.

    For Seed Favor or Tea Favor Packets using designs that have been commissioned,  there is a one time separate Commission Fee beginning at $40.00 (front of packet only); according to the complexity & detail of the project.

    HOW DO I GO ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER? top

    We strongly suggest keeping a pen & a piece of paper handy to write down your Design favorites before placing your order.

    Pick a Design, Lettering Style, Lettering Color, Choice of Seed & Verse (if you choose to use one) Click on the Design you wish to use on your favor which will take you to our ordering page. 

    Fill in all of your choices. You will then be taken to the Checkout Page through PayPal.  You do NOT need a PayPal account.You can pay directly using a Credit Card. After you have paid for your order you will receive via email, a Sample Proof of your favor. Once you have approved your Sample, your order will be shipped out to you!


    DO YOU HAVE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING A SEED OR TEA FAVOR ORDER? top

    We suggest keeping a Pen and Paper handyWe strongly suggest keeping a pen & a piece of paper handy to write down your Design favorites before placing your order.

    (You do NOT need a PayPal account. You can pay directly using a Credit Card. After you have paid for your order you will receive a Sample Proof of your favor, via email. When we hear back from you regarding the sample proof, if you have confirmed that you would like for us to proceed,  your order will immediately  go into the queue at which time your Favor design can no longer be changed and/or altered. We can then begin to process your order.)


    #1.   Choose your Design, scroll down & type the amount of favors you’re ordering in the “Qty” box. Click the “Order” button.
    This brings you to the “Order Form” page.

    #2.   On the Left side of the screen, under Favor Options”, click on the “FREE Favor Option Choices” link, then click on the “Lettering & Favor Content Choices (FREE)” image. Scroll down to view your Free Options & make your selections in the drop down boxes, click the “Order” button (disregard the quantity box). This brings you back to the “Order Form” page.

    #3.   Click on the “Go To Payments” button.

    WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SEED OR TEA PACKET PARTY FAVORS THAT I CAN BUY? top

    Because each order is custom & we do not charge for Personalization or design set up fees, we kindly ask that you purchase a small minimum of 12 Seed Packets.  

    HOW MANY FAVORS OR INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER? top

    SUGGESTION:   It’s wise to order extra favors and/or invitations as a
    safety net for:  last minutes guests
    who weren't originally counted on,
    keepsakes for scrapbooks or photo albums & mementos to be sent to out of state friends or family.

    Recommended following guidelines are for :
    20-30 extra favors for weddings
     10-20 for other events.
     
    This also helps avoid having to reorder last minute
    and saves paying shipping costs twice!

    WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RECEIVE MY SAMPLE PROOF? top

    There is no charge or set up fee for the initial Sample Proof on Seed Favors or Tea Favors.   

    This is a free courtesy for you if you have chosen the lettering style, color, etc.
    If you request that we choose lettering styles, lettering colors, etc.,  proofs are not provided.

    In addition, for orders over $100.00, we also allow as a courtesy,  one (1) edit (aka as a change or correction)  after the initial proof has been sent, however any additional editing requested  will be charged a separate fee of $5.00,   per each edit request.

    This is why we STRONGLY encourage you to view the Sample Proof well, by double, even triple checking that everything is accurate.
    We cannot stress this enough!

    You will receive your sample proof within 24-48 business hours (many times much sooner) after placing your order, at which time  we kindly request that you check your email frequently, and then get back to us within 24-48 hours. We also recommend that you check your spam folder to insure that you receive the sample Proof, as we are not responsible for any email settings you might have, that would disallow the sample proof to get through.
    This insures us enough time to address any changes (edits) that may occur while you have viewed your sample proof.
    If delays occur on your end and we do NOT receive the sample proof within 24-48 hours upon it being sent to you, either with any revisions you might have, or your confirmation  to proceed, thereby then bringing us closer to the due date of your event, you may incur an (additional) (rush) order charge and/or additional shipping fees.

    Although we specifically request that you confirm you are giving us permission to proceed, etc. simply stating you "love it" "it's perfect" or the like, etc. it will be construed as a confirmation for us to proceed. So please READ the  instructions which accompany the Sample Proof so you are clear on everything. Once a proof goes into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled!

    If you do not know what lettering style, lettering color, verse, name or date you want, in the order that it should appear, please organize your ideas on paper first, and then TYPE and email us your request, EXACTLY AS YOU WISH FOR IT TO APPEAR, so that you are not charged additional fees.
    This saves everyone time and eliminates the potential for miscommunication.

    If you request that we choose lettering styles, lettering colors, etc., we do not provide proofs.

    MY PHONE CALL IS NOT GETTING THROUGH. WHY? top

    If you've been trying to  call us and  the phone keeps ringing or the call does not go through,
    it is  due to your personal long distance phone carrier. Even though YOU pay them for this.
    This is definitely an issue we strongly recommend that you look into,
    as it is illegal and many of these carriers are not fulfilling their services.
      Service that you pay for!

    This is a national issue, and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been investigating the problem. Complaints concerning calls to rural areas across the country have been on the rise.
    Many point to wholesale network providers known as "Least Cost Routers" who route long distance calls on behalf of telephone providers
    With competition and the growing number of unlimited calling plans being offered, certain telephone providers increasingly turn to "Least Cost Routers" to keep costs down.
    Given the higher than average cost to complete long distance calls to rural areas than more populated urban areas, some providers unfortunately decide that it is cheaper to not complete the  calls.

    You PAY for this service. A service they don't provide!

    Earlier this year, the FCC issued a ruling warning carriers of suspensions and/or possible fines of up to $1.5 million for failing to complete calls.     WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? top

     We are a Verified PayPal Merchant & acceptCK/MO/MC/VISA/DISC/AMEX 
    processed through PayPal. Using this safe method we do NOT have access to your info.
    You do NOT need a PayPal accountYou can pay through them directly, using a Credit Card.

    Please Note: Party Favors will not be shipped until the sample has been approved & your payment has cleared.

    WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING? top

    For orders up to 100 Favors there is a flat fee of $9.95 per order.
    Orders of 101 - 200 Favors are a flat fee of $15.95
    Orders of 201 Favors or more are a flat fee of $20.95
    Custom orders and/or Invitations, etc. will be billed shipping charges accordingly, due to the nature of the order.
    We sometimes run specials with FREE SHIPPING Coupons through our Newsletter.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? top

    2 -3 weeks or possibly lessDue to the nature of every order being personalized, we will not compromise the quality of anyones order. Each order is important to us as it is to you. For this reason,  we strongly recommend that  you order, at the very least, 
    3 weeks in advance of your event, (not any time less) due to the time involved in setting up  custom designs & emailing  the Sample Proof,  awaiting  approval of the Sample Proof and then the actual processing of each order. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed with the due date of two weeks or less, are subject to an additional $10.00 Rush Order Fee, In addition, our office is closed on weekends and holidays, which means orders are  processed Monday through Friday.

    You will receive your sample proof within 24-48 business hours (many times much sooner) after placing your  order, at which time  we kindly request that you check your email frequently, and then get back to us within 24-48 hours.
    We also recommend that you check your spam folder to insure that you receive the sample Proof, as we are not responsible for any email settings you might have, that would disallow the sample proof to get through.
    This insures us enough time to address any changes (edits) that may occur while you have viewed your sample proof.

    Please bear in mind that every order is a custom order.


    CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER? top

    Due to the nature of each  order, being personalized, we do not want to compromise the quality. Every order is just as important to us,  as it is to you.  For this reason,  we strongly request that you place your order, at the very least,  3-4 weeks in advance of your event, (not any time less) due to the time involved in  setting up personalization, layout, designs,  emailing the Sample Proof, awaiting approval of the Sample Proof, the actual processing of each order, packing, weighing, etc. We also strongly request that you check your email for your Sample Proofs within 24-48 business hours (many times much sooner) after placing your order. We are not responsible for unchecked emails, emails settings which may disallow you to view images, PDFs, etc.

    PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed with the requested due date of two weeks or less (eg: items needed 14 days from the date which  you are placing your order), are subject to an additional $25.00 Rush Order Fee, plus the additional shipping charges (to be weighed at the time of shipment) which will billed separately.

    Orders placed with the requested due date of one week or less (eg: items needed 7 days from the date which  you are placing your order), are subject to an additional $50.00 Rush Order Fee, plus the additional shipping charges (to be weighed at the time of shipment) which will billed separately.
    Orders requested to be split (eg; orders broken up such as  Invitations to be rushed first, remaining order to be sent at a later date, etc. will also incur a $25.00 Rush Order Fee, plus the additional shipping charges (to be weighed at the time of shipment).

    Our office is closed weekends and holidays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. 
    By requesting the 3 week order before your event this helps to insure that each customer receives their order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

    IMPORTANT: You'll receive your sample proof within 24-48 business hours (many times much sooner) after placing your rush order, at which time  we kindly request that you check your email frequently, and then get back to us within the same day.
    We also recommend that you check your spam folder to insure that you receive the sample Proof, as we are not responsible for any email settings you might have, that would disallow the sample proof to get through.

    WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND IT'S INCORRECT? top

    If your order arrives and the personalization, design choice, etc. is incorrect, please check back to your sample proof. Production is never started on any personalized item until the client has signed off on the proof Once you have signed off (aka approved) on it telling us that it is okay to proceed, this tells us that you have viewed it, are pleased and that it is accurate. When we set up each proof, the description (names, message, date, etc) that is typed into the original order forms, by the client  is then literally copied from there to insure that there are no mistakes and  put into opaque boxes (fields) which allows us  to have placement that is exact on each item line. What this means is that we do not actually view your text while setting it.  It is the clients responsibility to insure that the personal spelling of  names, dates, days, message, verse, etc. are correct.  This is one of the reasons why it is so VERY IMPORTANT  to check, double check , even triple check  proofs, before signing off on them.
    We cannot stress this enough.
      After a proof is signed off (aka approved), it then goes immediately into production at which time changes can no longer be made.

    Due to nature of personalized items, we are not responsible for  proofs signed off for approval that were typed, misspelled, have an incorrect date, etc. by the client.  Correction requests that  involve the order being reproduced will be charged as a new order.

    Please note:  Re-Order requests with the due date of two weeks or less, to correct the mistakes, are subject to an additional $10.00 Rush Order Fee, which will billed seperately.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? top

    Personalized and  Consumable items (eg: Seed Favors,  Tea Packets, Note Cards, etc)  are
    non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Due to the nature of these items, unless it is our error, we cannot accept returns on products which are consumable and/or personalized/custom. 

    However, if it is our error, you must contact us on receipt of your receiving your order so that we can correct it as soon as possible.

    SUPPOSE I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER? top

    Orders may be cancelled for a refund, minus a $20.00 administrative fee, before the clients Sample Proof has gone into production.
    Please note orders are personalized and/or custom and require time to set up and produce.

     If a client cancels an order,  after the Sample Proof has already been set up for proofing  and/ or gone into production, and/or they have already received any Sample Proofs there are no refunds.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER/PACKAGE IS MISSING? top

    After the order is boxed, shipped and then given to USPS, UPS, etc. it is the shipping companies responsibility regarding complaints of missing packages, etc.
    Article 2 of the U.C.C (Uniform Commercial Code) states that when a product is sold and then put into the hands of the shipper, the risk of loss along with the title, is passed over to the buyer
    Any complaints should be registered to or against, the shipper.
    Any claims made are the responsibility of the customer.

    It has recently come to our attention that some people are experiencing what is called "dropped calls" by their own phone provider, when trying to reach us by phone.  This is a fairly new tactic that phone service providers use, in an attempt at saving money, even if you are paying for your own phone minutes. If you attempt to reach us and for any reason are unable to get through, please email us so that we can assist you. You may also wish to contact your phone provider, especially if you are paying for a serv ice that is not being provided to you.

There is a seperate fee for custom designs. Custom design fees for the front of packet, start at $60.00 & go up according to the detail of each project. Any alterations to the back of Seed Packets will  result in a seperate additional custom fee.

    WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE A DESIGN IN A DIFFERENT COLOR? top

    If you see a design that you like, but you need it in a different color, please contact us with the design #
    as some designs may be customizable,  starting at $25.00

    HOW ARE THE PACKETS CREATED? top

    To save customers money the packets are created using labels affixed to the front of the packet. The artwork is copyrighted and you will receive fresh seeds.

    SUPPOSE I CAN"T DECIDE ON A LETTERING STYLE AND/OR COLOR? CAN YOU CHOOSE IT FOR ME top

    Yes, we can choose it for you however there is no sample proof provided as no changes can then be made, nor are there any refunds. This is why we strongly encourage you to choose your own designs, lettering styles, colors, etc. so that you are happy with the final result.

     

    SUPPOSE I WANT TO ORDER SEEDS THAT YOU DON'T ADVERTISE? top

    Most seeds can be ordered special, but we ask that you notify us of  a custom seed request as soon as possible, so that we may get them into  stock.

    There is a minimum separate $15.00 fee for custom seeds, depending on the quantity needed, bearing in mind that this is for our cost of the seeds and the shipping of them to our facility.
    Large bulk quantity requests may be more. Because of the uncertainty of pricing on custom seeds, where the customer may not be aware of the final cost, the initial $15.00 fee is (non-refundable).
    If the  cost is more than the $15.00 minimum,  you will be notified.

    WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN I USE YOUR SEED AND TEA PACKETS? top

    Clients  keep Seed and Tea Favor  Packets on hand to add to birthday cards (using a generic "Happy Birthday" message on them, thank you cards and also to hand out just to say "I'm thinking of you".

    They can also be tucked in baskets and handed out at the end of dinner parties, open houses, etc.or place one each goblet while dining 

    An affordable  way to let people know that you are thinking of them and a memorable way to remind them of you or your special event!

    CAN I REQUEST TWO DIFFERENT COLORS OF INK ON MY ITEMS? top

    Yes! Two different colors of ink can actually enhance the Seed Favors, Tea Favors, wedding Invitations, etc. Please note that there is an additional  one time charge of $10.00 per each additional ink color request.

    DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS, PRICE BREAKS ON LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS? top

    On occasion we  receive this type of request along with a mention of a bulk order.
    We handle all types of events, including large corporate functions involving on occasion, thousands of items per order, so a "bulk order" is a term which is relative.

    While we are aware that you might find generic seed packets for a similar price in a  store,  you won't find professional artwork on them, specifically designed  for various special events, nor will you be offered the choice of lettering styles, colors, etc.,  personalization, sample proofs for you to view beforehand  and  personal one on one service through the process so that you can relax.
    We do.

    We are business and design professionals with high standards who have been in the event field with many years of experience. Our prices are already kept affordable without losing quality.

    CAN I ORDER CUSTOM STATIONERY TO COORDINATE WITH MY WEDDING INVITATIONS? top

    If you would like to order separate stationery (Menu's, Table Cards, Driving Directions, Place Cards, etc.) to coordinate with any of our Invitation Suites, it can be done, however there will be a separate $25.00 set up fee, not including the cost of the stationery and shipping, which will be determined by the size and detail of your custom piece. A separate invoice will be sent for custom orders.
